Shipping Options (Republic of Ireland Only)

We offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs:

Processing and Dispatch

  • ⏰ Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).
  • 📅 Working Days: Delivery estimates are for working days (Monday–Friday) and begin after your order has been dispatched.
  • 📧 Dispatch Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. If you've chosen tracked shipping, your tracking number will be included.

Delivery Information

What to Expect:

  • 🏡 Signature Required: For tracked orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your purchase.
  • 📬 Safe Place: If you won't be home, you can contact the courier to arrange a safe place for delivery or collection from a local depot.
  • 🎁 Secure Packaging: Every Pashmina is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition, ready to wear or gift.

Please Note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales events).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, but we'll do our best to help resolve any issues.

Order Tracking

For Tracked Orders:

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery's progress online through the courier's website.

For Standard Shipping (Non-Tracked):

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email but won't have a tracking number. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at honestpashminas@gmail.com and we'll investigate.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland only. We're working on expanding our delivery options to include the UK and EU in the near future.
