We want you to absolutely love your investment from Honest Pashminas. If your order isn't quite right, we're pleased to offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Return Conditions
To ensure your return is approved for a refund, the item must be returned to us in its original, pristine condition:
- ✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- ✅ The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the complimentary cotton storage bag.
- ✅ Any original tags or attached informational slips must still be affixed to the item (though we do not use permanent tags, any temporary labels must be included).
- ❌ We cannot accept returns for items that show any sign of wear, use, washing, or damage.
How to Initiate Your Free Return
We've made the process simple and free for you:
1. Request
Email us at honestpashminas@gmail.com within the 30-day window. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. Label
We will promptly email you a free pre-paid shipping label for your return shipment.
3. Ship
Package the Pashmina securely (we recommend using the original mailing box) and drop it off at the designated courier location. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and sending us a picture of the same.
4. Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
